Steve has been wonderful and so was Scott!" - Jane in Walpole (bathroom remodel) They removed and disposed of existing cabinets, countertops, windows, flooring in kitchen and bath and carpet in livingroom.
Supplied and installed new custom cabinets, granite countertops, and two new windows. They installed blueboard, plastered and insulated where necessary. Boarded up and shingled outside of house where two windows were. Installed knobs/pulls and reinstalled all appliances. Installed tile in front part of kitchen and bathroom and installed beautiful hard wood floors in livingroom and most of the kitchen. Everyone that has seen this new kitchen loves it. Kathy, Canton We had a bathroom floor replaced and we had a new vanity, sink, and faucet installed. Member Comments:  They had a showroom where they had various counter tops, sinks, vanities, and many many tiles. The woman in the showroom were very helpful about helping us choose something, they let us take home samples to look at in our bathroom at home. They worked hard to get the job done on a tight schedule because I wanted it done before the guests arrive and we were able to get it done in 2 days. Transcribed from a telephone interview David, Sharon Dolan installed the countertop and tile backsplash at my mother's house while she was in the hospital and time was of the essence. The people at Dolan are very nice and extremely accommodating, we had some tough scheduling as I was getting the hardwood floors redone and the vinyl flooring in the kitchen as well. They did a fantastic job and made time in their schedule to make sure the project was completed Prior to her coming home. After the installers left, we realized there was a blemish in the surface, I called the office and they made sure the fabricator came to the house to polish it out. The job turned out perfect and although they weren't the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for and i'm glad I went with Dolan. Kevin, Randolph After 6 months of research and getting a few estimates, we found John Dolan Flooring on Angie's List.  We went to the store and met Lorraine, John's sister (It's a family business).  She was very helpful and not pushy.  John came to the house and gave us an estimate which was reasonable.  Not the lowest and not the highest.  
You can purchase everything you need through them, or you can order products from other places - we did a bit of both.  Lorraine made suggestions on product lines and materials which helped us a lot in terms of knowing what we should put more money towards versus not upscaling.  
We found their line-item budget to be a highlight of working with them.  It allowed us to know exactly what we were in for and exactly what materials we would need.  
They guarentee all of their work and products purchased through them for one year.  So, if we have a plumbing issue within a year, they will send their plumber to us no charge to fix it!  Or if our shower head goes nuts, they will fix it. We found Lorraine and John to be very knowledgeable and responsive. 
He completed the shower stall (previously did not exist so he had to frame it) in 7 days and the full bathroom reno in 8.5 days.  Everything was clean, well-maintained, and undisturbed.  We love our new bathrooms! Allison, Sommerville
