About us

John Dolan Flooring, Cabinets & Countertops was started by John Dolan Sr. in 1962, with different showroom locations in Canton through the years. Our latest and biggest location is in Canton Center, Walgreen's Plaza. This larger showroom allows us to showcase beautiful kitchen displays in addition to vanity cabinets, countertops, and a large variety of accessories such as sinks and faucets, as well as a wide selection of flooring including prefinished hardwood, tile, marble and stone, laminate flooring, and carpeting. You are always welcome to take home any assortment of samples to view in your home. You can do one stop shopping with us.

While John Sr. and his wife have both retired from the company, three of their five children have continued the tradition. John Jr. is the main installer for most of our products with long-time employees, Steve and Scott. Lorraine keeps the office running smoothly and is available in the showroom everyday to help with your color and style choices. Caroline will visit your home for free kitchen or bath design, or to help make color choices that are sometimes easier made in your own home's light.

We know it can be very daunting to start a new project, especially if it is a larger job like a kitchen or bathroom remodel. John, Lorraine, and Caroline all work together to make your project as easy as possible. We will spend hours in the showroom on a one-on-one basis helping you choose everything for your job from the flooring, cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, etc. all available to view in our showroom. In addition, we will provide the electrician, plumber, plasterer, or you may provide your own.

We will complete your job as quick as possible, many times finishing smaller kitchens, from rip out to completion, in less than two weeks. When we start a job, we like to get in and get it done in a quick, efficient manner, with your satisfaction guaranteed. No starting the job, then not coming back for a week, leaving you with no kitchen sink!
